Delivery Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Rebel Farms, you agree to the following delivery terms. We appreciate you taking the time to familiarize yourself with our policies which are built to ensure you receive the best service and freshest products.
PLEASE NOTE: Fresh produce orders and the Urban Turf Pet Grass Mat are delivered on two separate schedules. Please read on below depending on which one applies to you.
FOR FRESH PRODUCE PURCHASES
Delivery Timing: Deliveries are made every Monday. While we aim for consistency, exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Generally, points North and West of the city will be delivered between 8AM-12PM, and points South and East between 12PM-4PM. Rebel Farms delivers to all points within a 25-mile radius of Boston.
Delivery Fee: There will be a modest delivery fee of $10 charged to all orders under $50. Fee is waived for any order over this amount.
Order Cutoff: Orders must be placed by Friday at 12 PM to qualify for the following delivery cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery. Grown to order requests will be scheduled on or around their anticipated harvest day.
Delivery Location: Orders will be left at the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure accurate details and include any special instructions. If no instructions are provided, we will leave your order in a safe, accessible location at our discretion.
Perishable Product: Our produce items are highly perishable. Customers are responsible for retrieving their delivery promptly. Rebel Farms is not responsible for product quality after delivery has been completed.
Although not required, we strongly recommend placing a small cooler or insulated tote at your designated drop off point.
Missed or Failed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or lack of access, the order will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund, including and up to any prepaid delivery fees.
Changes & Cancellations: Order changes or cancellations must be made prior to the weekly cutoff. Once the cutoff has passed, orders are final and cannot be modified.
Subscriptions: Subscription orders renew automatically based on your selected schedule. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly cutoff.
FOR URBAN TURF PURCHASES
Delivery Timing: Urban Turf orders are delivered within 48 hours of the applicable 12 PM order cutoff. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
While we aim for consistency, exact delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery timing may vary based on route, order volume, weather, and other conditions.
Delivery Area: Rebel Farms delivers The Urban Turf within a 25-mile radius of Boston. Availability may be limited based on delivery address.
Delivery Fee: A $10 delivery fee applies to orders under $50. The delivery fee is waived on orders of $50 or more.
Order Cutoff: Our daily order cutoff is 12 PM ET. Orders received after 12 PM will be considered received the following business day for delivery scheduling purposes.
Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday.
Delivery Location: Orders will be left at the delivery address provided at checkout. Please provide accurate address information, access instructions, and any preferred drop-off location when placing your order.
If no special instructions are provided, your Urban Turf will be left in a safe and reasonably accessible location at our discretion.
Living Product Care: Urban Turf is a living, actively growing product and should be retrieved promptly after delivery. Once delivered, the condition of the turf may be affected by temperature, sunlight, watering, pets, and other environmental conditions outside of our control.
Rebel Farms is not responsible for deterioration or damage occurring after successful delivery, including damage caused by prolonged exposure to excessive heat, freezing temperatures, direct sunlight, or delayed retrieval.
Missed or Failed Deliveries: If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address information, restricted access, or other circumstances at the delivery location, the order will be considered fulfilled and will not be eligible for a refund, including any applicable delivery fees.
Changes & Cancellations: Changes or cancellations must be requested before the applicable 12 PM order cutoff. Because each Urban Turf is a living product prepared for delivery, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once the applicable cutoff has passed.
Subscriptions: Urban Turf subscriptions renew automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. You may pause, skip, or cancel an upcoming subscription delivery before the applicable 12 PM order cutoff.
Delivery Delays: By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of Rebel Farms' reasonable control, including severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, building access restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
When possible, we will communicate significant delays and arrange delivery at the next reasonable opportunity.
Liability
By placing an order, you acknowledge that Rebel Farms is not liable for delays or issues caused by factors outside of our control, including weather or access limitations.
